To maintain steady growth, we take our investment interests to the fast growing regional real estate markets, mainly within Central Federal District of Russia. Multi-storey residential construction and development remains our business priority although, we have already made ourselves known at the commercial estate market as well.

Our investment portfolio in the coming years will grow to 1,500,000–2,000,000 sq.m. All regional land plots in development are owned by the Company and most nicely located - usually in the historical central part of the city. One of the company's priority goals is to multiply our land stock through land acquisition.

As we enter new segments of real estate market, City-XXI Century demonstrates impressive growth dynamics. A well-balanced development of all our departments and business divisions adds to stability to our Company. Year after year we strengthen our relationships with lending institutions and improve investment technologies. We are executing complex investment plans in Moscow satellite towns and major regional centers. We build and reinforce partnerships and generate vast information resources. Our targets

Keeping up the high level of financial stability and independence, we plan to increase the number of projects in Moscow and Moscow Region and expand our business to other regions of Russia in the next three years. We are also considering opportunities to enter international markets.
